Last night it froze for half a second and shut down on me. It then tried booting and shutting off over and over. I flipped the switch on the psu and left it off over night. This is what it is doing now. What is wrong with this computer?: http://youtu.be/8VqAkdohwSg any ideas?

It gets to BIOS so that means your motherboard, CPU, and memory are most likely OK. It is putting out video to your monitor, so your GPU should be OK. My best guess is that your HDD is fried. I would try to boot a rescue disk using a USB stick or CD and get a running operating system. Then you can see if you can access the drive to recover the data. If you get that far, you can run a SMART test on the HDD to see if it has failed completely. Depending on the results, you can decide whether to reinstall on the HDD or get a new one.
