Hey, this is my very first question on this site, but I have just found out about the option of using dual graphics with compatible AMD processors and GPU's. However, for all my searching around couldn't find a compatibility chart for my A8-66000K, and my R7 260. I know it's almost certainly on AMD's site, but it's blocked where I am (at boarding school). Another factor is that my power supply is only 430w (modular, switch-mode, and unfortunately I don't have access to it to find a model number).

Here's a link for the motherboard/CPU (it was a bundle): http://www.novatech.co.uk/motherboardbundles/view/mbb-66004i.html

Here's the GPU:

So (assuming my PSU is a bog-standard 430w with no complications), will I be able to take advantage of dual graphics? ANY help is appreciated, so thank you in advance.

I'm really sorry, I basically upgraded my dad's 5-year-old PC when he built a new one. It's not like it's dodgy - it cost ~£50 or so, and I'm pretty certain it's from a reputable manufacturer. I've texted my dad asking him to check, but am still waiting on his reply =/ I'm pretty sure it's just a standard 430w modular, and my power consumption is only like 300w (using no optical drives with only 1x 120mm fan).

Yeah we still need to know. because theres some PSU'S that have 500W but are poorly made that they cant handle cards like the 260.

Ok, thanks! Sorry, I was just watching a video about it using a kaveri, but I wasn't sure if you could also use a richland as well. Thanks for the speedy response!
