i currently have a hp h9-1130. only upgrade is 16g ram. So i a bought a evgagt 740 4gb video card. i installed it correctly and gave power direct from power supply (600 watt, which evga says needs 400) it starts up but wont go past the bios screen. i updated bios, uninstalled old video drivers and wont work, please help.
