pci 1 slot has some difficulty

Today I brought a new usb 3.0 pci card when i opened my case to install this ops that pci l Slot has been very very Close to pci 16 Slot which is my Current graphic card is installed in that then how to install both there is any extension Cable to Pci 1 Slot or Any solution ? my mobo is intel dh61WW my gpu is Nuida gtx 650ti boost 2qb Please let See this my mobo http://postimg.org/image/mh5pxmkod/

This is a microATX motherboard. If the graphics card and the USB 3.0 PCI card do not physically fit together, than there is no way around this, other than to get smaller card(s), or a motherboard that does not have this issue. Frustrating, because it looks like a nice MB otherwise.
