What's a good closed loop water cooler made for AMD Phenom 940?

Want to crank up my older system a bit, currently OC'd to 3.3GHz, but starting to overheat. I figure the fan and thermal paste are about due for a change (5 years in May). With a good water cooler, and maybe raising the voltage a bit (currently stock voltage), I could hit 3.5 or 3.6GHz

I want a cooler that is made to fit the 940,NOT some "universal" POS; also want to have the thermal paste already applied to the heat sink

The extra 0.3ghz really won't make much difference mate.

If you're worried about thermal paste, take the cooler off, clean it, re-apply some new better stuff like Arctic Cooling MX-4. Maybe a better fan like a noctua NF-F12.

If your heart is really set on this though, try the offerings from cooler master or NZXT, or the H110 from Corsair. What socket is your current CPU?

EDIT: A really good "bang for buck" upgrade to any PC is an SSD. You could get a nice 240GB SSD to use as a boot drive with plenty of space for a game or two plus all your programs. That would make your PC a lot faster to boot and whilst in use.
