HI

Relatively new to the site so any input would be appreciated, i have been running Disk cleanups for a while now but they always seem to freeze as they are scanning, i have been doing this because i have a C dive which is filling up so much i got an error message saying disk cleanup cannot actually run because it does not have enough disk space
I dont know wether i have any viruses but i might do, in fact im pretty sure i have a tracker and a trojan virus the file is named "PenWes" and my friend searched it and it was awful in the fact that it tracked my key and mose inputs.
i have deleted as many files as i deem i need to and are safe deleting as i use this PC for almost everything including gaming, work, talking and relaxing so i am ok with wiping it if it is necessary but i really dont want to go through all the hassle again of re-installing stuff i have Avast! antivirus and i am using windows 7 i built this PC myself and if any other information is needed to help solve this problem i am happy to tell and share...... but dont you be tryna troll me

Thanks a bunch to anyone with any tips or experience

This is an add on to what i just said

When (on the one occasion where) disk cleanup did finish i looked at the results and it said that 350gb was taken up by temporary files so i think its a problem there, i have removed all the empty folders from my temp files but there are some documents that take up 170mb each.... not folders..... documents.... i REALLY need help as in only a few minutes i have lost 0.13gb of space in my C drive.

Should i delete all temp files as using my logic they are only temporary and no longer needed or should i wait for help

I hope someone out there sees this

Thanks
