A video card suggestion ?

AMD FX(tm)-6300 Sic-core Processor , 3.50 GHz
8 GB Ram
GiGABYTE GeForce GTX 750Ti
Windows® 7, 64 bit
550 watt power supply

It seems that the GiGABYTE GeForce GTX 750Ti is a bit to heavy for my pc what whould be an good alternative for a good price?
Games i play are wow, lol and heroes of the storm

well when i play OverDrive shows that my cpu frequency runs up to 3800 and i have experianced some random shut downs lately so it could either be my psu's fault or the video card .
My pc came with a GIGABYTE GT 630 2 GB wich for some reason when i intall this one i cant play wow even on medium settings smoothly ... and couple months ago i could play high setings. . why ?

yeah its your PSU and the 750 ti is not that strong for high settings 1080p, whats your budget for a PSU and GPU?

70-80 euro for a psu
But is it ok for my cpu to run on 3.8 mhz ? and thermal margin of 25C ?
with the 750Ti i can play wow on ultra with no probs only its those shut downs i am worried about :/
