GPU Recommendation help

My old GPU : AX7850 2GBD5-2DH Radeon HD 7850 recently died on me. I am looking for a significant upgrade so that I can at least play Witcher 3 well.

My specs right now are:

i5-3570k Processor
8GB of RAM
and a CX750M Corsair PSU

Any help would be great :/ I dont know too much about them . Kinda want to stay in the 300ish range if possible

Ya, going along with Coolboy, a card that can take on Witcher 3 is going to be expensive and need a better psu- while it depends on your price range, there is the 280, 280x, 285- the 280x and 280 have 3 gb of memory which would help in witcher, they would be good options- the 280x is probably your best option at $250, and 280 at $190, but anything more is going to push you to over $300.
