BF4 On this PC and how well it will run

I have a really bad pc. I know but I want to know how well this game will run.
Gpu: AMD Radeon hd 5450 1gb
Cpu: AMD Athlon X2 340 Dual Core Processor 3.20 Ghz
Ram:4gb DDR3

My question is how well will it run bf4 and bf3 on low settings and 800x600 res?

It would run with an FX8350 nicely, but your GPU would still need to be upgraded. You'll be lucky if you can get it to run at all low settings and still be playable.

The graphics card isn't so old that its age is a problem. If not for it being the absolute weakest card of its series, it could be ok. As it is, I do not think it will be good enough to run BF3, let alone BF4. The CPU isn't any better. Still, like RCFProd said, download the free trials and give it a try first. Never know.
