Can't detect AMD graphic card on laptop

I have Lenovo G400 running on Windows 8.1 Pro 32-bit. Before that, I uses Windows 8 Core 32-bit. My problem is, my laptop has Radeon HD 8500M (AMD Enduro) and an integrated Intel HD 4000. But, sometimes, rather than using the 8500M, it uses HD 4000. And i can't find the "switchable graphics configuration" when i right-clik in the desktop. And then, sometimes it fixes itself. I've tried to re-install the driver many times. But it doesn't solve the problem.

Please help me fix this issue. Thanks in advance :)

Unfortunately that's a common problems,for amd laptop gpu,I've been experienced this too,a while ago.
Try to update,but won't fix

If it's still new,i would get a refund,and buy laptop that dont use amd gpu
