Dota 2 Radeon HD 4850 low fps even at low setting at 720x480

fps at ~25 and every 2-3 seconds fps drops even lower to 10fps.
no matter what the settings from low to high fps remains the same.
Motherboard:intel dg31pr
CPU:E7200 2.5ghz
GPU:Radeon HD 4850
Ram:4g DDR2
Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

That's weird dude,it supposed to at least medium-low at 1366x768 res.
Update ur video drivers, scan virus,upgrade ur ram,clean ur hdd,use ccleaner,defragment ur hdd,check hdd error.
IF u still get low performance, reinstall windows.

I think it's hardware issue,
It could be overheating, I'm not sure,
You could try to clean. all the dust in ur pc,especially, cpu ad gpu fans,reapply thermal compound on ur cpu and ur gpu,
I think it could be ur ram needs upgrade.
It also can be Ur hdd become faulty,if you notice a slowing performance in desktop,booting time,opening programs,multitasking.

U r the only one who can help urself,
You have to troutroubleshoot ut from top to the bottom
