Graphic card not working

When i power on the pc i get these (1 long and 3 short beeps) and the gpu starts for a while and stops but the cpu is still running and the boots to OS, to make the gpu run i have to swap the RAM slots about 7-8 times and there is no definite pattern or slot ,the gpu starts running randomely at 8th time when i swap the sticks....... I already have replaced the gpu and mobo under warranty.............. pls help

1long followed by 3 short beeps is a memory or gpu VRAM beep error. Gpu has been replaced so scratch that. Mobo memory slot or the RAM itself. Try to use known good RAM, visit your local shop and try different RAM

I tried using other RAM s but still the same problem and yes the beep codes are for RAM but as i said when i reshuffle the RAM slots a few times , the beeps stop and the boots up , as i insert a new Graphic card (the same model got through warranty) there were no beeps the same case is with the motherboard when i recieved the same model of mobo replaced through warranty the pc boot up but the second time it didnt...... tried other graphic cards but same thing boots for the first time but not any further.....
