I am 200 dollars.I want to buy motherboard am3+,fx 4130 and gtx 650 ti.I think that for gaming is very good.I will can play in gta 5 medium-max,watch dogs min-med.It is not a problem to put fx 4130+gtx 650 ti

I think you can run GTA V and Watch Dogs on minimum to medium. I'm not 100% sure about max settings though. I would rather get a Pentium G3258 than a fx-4130.

If you have a bad cpu, your computer won't use your gpu to its fullest ablilties. So both are important. And the G3258 is generally much better than the fx-4130.
