HDD bays are too big for normal 3.5 inch HDD

Hi Girls and Boys, here again with my problems. As part of my on going attempt to build my 1st PC,
I bought a Zalman 11 plus PC case. Everything was going fine until it came to slotting in my hard drives into the bays, the bays are slightly too large. Also I don't think they are fixed by screws, it looks like the drive slides in and locks.
Obviously I think I need an adaptor but I have searched high and low through Amazon and the internet trying to find an adaptor for a 3.5 inch HDD that is 4 1/4 inches wide.
Please can anyone help with the name and perhaps a link to such a beast, many thanks in anticipation, Vince.

Solution
Check through the bag of screws, it should have a selection of odd looking screws with a half length tread and "rubber washers" with a groove around the edge.

Not too dissimilar to this

Explained in this review: http://www.pcgameware.co.uk/reviews/cases/zalman-z11-plus-review/

"Now it was time to install my Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD. There are twenty anti-vibration rubber plugs provided of which four need to be fastened to the side of any 3.5″ HDD using the supplied screws. Installation involved attaching the four anti-vibration rubber plugs to my HDD then slotting the HDD into the tool-free HDD mounting tray (quiet a clever idea and not one I have seen before!). A bolt is then screwed into the side of the HDD to keep it in place. Then it was just a case of attaching the power cable and the SATA cable to one of the SATA-3 6Gb/s ports on my motherboard."
