1st pc build, can'tget Windows 8.1 enterprise evaluation into USB

I'm doing my 1st build & I'm going to use Windows 8.1 free enterprise evaluation for a couple months before I purchase it. I've already downloaded the ISO file on my laptop from Microsoft, but I'm not sure how to get it on to the USB Drive, and than to get my new system to recognize it as the boot file. Thanx for help

Use Microsoft's windows install tool:

(Specific download page)

This has saved me a lot of time and problems in the past.

thanx, the microsoft usb tool should be the right option, but it kept giving me a error while copying. Downloaded another program rufus and it worked the same, but worked for me .
