Some days back my Admin user account named "HEMANT" got removed, I didn't removed or deleted it. Actually what happened, when I opened "My Computer", the folder named "Hemant's Document" was appearing in blue color, like this "HEMANT's Document".

When I clicked this folder, nothing happened, but the next time when I started my desktop, it opened normally, but at WELCOME Screen, some sort of message was written, I don't remember exactly, but it was written that there is no account to login, so the default account will be used to login.

So, it logged in with that default account(I don't know what kind of default account it was, It was never created by me). And everything appeared to be very new. The desktop was empty(Only Recycle bin) and My Computer icon were there). I opened My Computer and opened all the drives to check if all the files were present(everything was fine), but when I opened a Word file, the MS Word said that its not installed for this user, please install for this user first.
Also when I opened a PDF Document, it asked for registration(just like it happens when we start a program for a first time).

So, I opened C:\Users\ , and I found that "HEMANT" was listed there, I opened it and found that all the Cookies, Start menu items, desktop items, and everything related to that account was there, so why my windows is running a default account??

The default account that is running presently is named HEMANT.HEMANT-11E005EC (i checked it through cmd.exe .

So can anyone tell me what is this exactly and how to fix.

Solution
If file names or folder names show up in blue, it is because file compression or encryption is enabled on that file or folder. Windows automatically compresses files that do not get used frequently, and displays those files in blue
see more info here:

try at the Welcome screen, hold down the ctrl and alt keys and tap the delete key twice, this will bring up the normal XP logon window, you can type Administrator for the user name, and the password for the administrator account (if there is one) and it should log you on normally as the built in administrator account. Administrator account cannot be deleted so this should always work and make you able to restore...

could be you have a virus or something has damaged your system files , there might be folders called C:\FOUND.000 containing lost clusters
this indicates something has damaged files , perhaps a power failure. sometimes the data here can be salvaged by open them with notepad
to read the information.

Solution

Compressed files = Blue (color can be toggled off if desired)
Encrypted files = Green

What we have here is a corrupted profile. The message you see/saw at logon is that the profile could not be loaded and a temporary profile will be used instead.

You'll find instructions for dealing with this here:

Yesterday I created a new user account with admin rights, when I logged in again to that account, it displayed the error message again.
I think that its surely bcoz of virus, I am uninstalling XP and upgrading to 7 now.
Thanks both of you for trying to help me... :)
