Best CPU cooler under 30$ for FX6300 and 78LMT USB 3 and SPEC 03?

I want to buy a CPU cooler for my system, I want LED fan on it and my budge is $30(~2000INR).

My options are:
1. DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400
2. Antec AIR COOLER SERIES C40 CPU Cooler
3. My friend's Cooler Master V6 with two led fans.

Now my questions are:
Will Cooler Master V6 fit on my motherboard and cabinet?
If no then for which I should go for? Any other good options?
If I buy CM HYPER 212X, will it fit in my Spec 03?

Processor: AMD FX6300
CABINET: Corsair Spec 03
FANS: 2x120mm normal + 2x120mm LED fans
MOBO: Gigabyte 78LMT USB3
RAM: Dual Channel 4x2Gb Gskill Ripjaws
PSU: Corsair VS 450

I already read that, and the problem is most of coolers are longer than my case.

I've decided to go with Gammaxx 400 but then somewhere it is maintained hight is 159mm and somewhere 155mm.

Now confused which one should I buy.
