My HP laptop is fairly new and does not have a lot of problems. But when I got home from school on a Friday, it said that it had to update. So I restarted it to allow the updates to occur. But after I made something to eat and allowed it update for over and hour or two, I went back upstairs to grab it. But then the message was still on this laptop (the one in the question). It has been doing this for over 3 days AND sometimes when all hope is lost, it says Restarting and then it will shut down and go directly back to the exact same message. I have looked countless times on my home computer and I really need some help here! Because my best friend is at PAX EAST and she needs to talk to me! Plus I have emails from my workers that I must check and so on and so forth. So please! Anything that would help would be appreciated. (NOTE!! I have recently sent my laptop out to be fixed because my keyboard and mouse wouldn't work. So I cannot send it out. Anything I can do myself, would really help me out. Please and thank you).
