Hello! I am planning to build a new 4790k build PC.
Currently I own a Fractal Design Define R5 I would prefer a silent gaming build.
I researched a little but still I couldn't decide on a few components and I would like to get the best of the computer.
CPU Intel Core i7-4790K
CPU Cooler I can't really decide that water cooling or air cooling would be better for me, I would like a silent cooler so far I looked the Corsair h100i or h110 and Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard So far what I looked ASUS VII RANGER or ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER, maximus mobos are expensive and I not really sure I would need one because I would not use it out entirely.
Memory 16GB RAM 1600 or 1866mhz probably would be enough
Storage 2x256GB SSD
Video Card GTX 970 if I am correct ASUS STRIX is the most quiet and coolest GPU's
I am planning to overclock the CPU. How much would be that I could overclock with the best air and watercooling? Also if possible I am looking for both sides cheap and expensive build components to compare them. Thanks alot!
