I was stress testing my CPU and discovered that 2 of my 8 Cores were failing under full load (AMD FX 8350). I decided to try raise the voltage in my BIOS and it worked but after that, I get FPS drops every now and then while gaming. Could the higher voltage be causing this? Thanks for any help and I'm noob at overclocking 
I normally get around 200fps in CS:GO and it sometimes drops to 30fps.
