Need help choosing a budget CPU cooler?

I have an i5-4960K I am not planning on overclocking it but I am planning to replace the stock cooler as I am playing more intense games. Im on a budget due to the fact that Im a student and I dont have much to spend so wondering if I should get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, the Corsair H55 or If anyone has any better options at around the 50 USD price range. Thank you.

The Hyper 212 evo is a great cpu cooler, it should perfom better than the h55. When picking parts for my first build, I was wondering the exact same thing. The hyper 212 evo is the clear winner

Thanks I'll see into it but I was also looking at the Corsair H55, Is that one not good because its only a single radiator?

cheap water cooling is a big NO it get beaten by regular air coolers and they have had alot of reviews where the cheap ones blow up, the the one i suggested is the one that beats those water coolers
