Hello !
this is my problem:
i swapped the mobo of my pc, but i forgot to delete the programs/factory reset the pc before swapping the mobo. Will this become a problem when i start up my computer for the first time with the new mobo? do you have some suggestions that i can do? i was planning to go to safe boot, is this a good idea?

thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english

Solution
Enter the BIOS upon startup, insert the windows disk, select your disk drive as boot #1, exit bios after saving settings.

The computer will then boot straight to the windows install disk

Its always good to do a fresh OS install after changing motherboards. This will help prevent problems due to drivers from the old motherboard.

Edit: Should have read the full OP. You can simply just boot the computer with either the OS disk, or with a bootable thumb drive.

Either F2 or the Del button on your keyboard.
