I have been getting memory_management BSOD while playing Arma III or any other really intensive games. Figuring it was my ram i ran Windows memory Diag a few single passes and nothing. Ran it about 20 passes on the extended tests and still nothing However now when i power on my PC I get to the Windows logo and then crash to a BSOD about a device driver was caught attempting to corrupt memory or something along those lines. I am at a loss of what to do. My next step was to go out and buy some new ram.

Specs: Windows 7
AMD Phenom 2 Dual Core
Radeon hd 7770
Corsair XMS 3 1333 9-9-9-24 8gb 2x4 (2 sticks ver 2.19 2 sticks ver 3.19)
Just replaced my HDD with a new one via cloning Seagate Barracuda 7200 250gb

Update!: I have the Stop Codes from the BSOD both before stressing the ram and after if needed let me know.

I see, I did not read your sentence about the new symptom and driver failure. It sounds like a system file on your HDD is corrupted. You need to boot to a rescue CD or USB stick and 1) back up your data immediately and 2) try to repair/reinstall the OS. When you boot to the rescue disk, run a SMART test on your HDD. This sounds like a HDD failure to me.
