My 2nd Hard drive is missing

I have an SSD and a 1TB hard drive in my system, SSD Win 7 , HDD Win 8.1. Dual Boot
Up until today I could see and access both drives in Win7. Now the HDD is not listed and I cant figure out why. I can see it in the BIOS and it I boot into 8.1 it boots just fine.

Is it an external hard drive or an internal hard drive?

It is an Internal 1TB Toshiba that cane with the system abd has 8.1 on it.

Hey there, DragerAZ!

I'd suggest to right-click on the 'Foreign' Disk 0 and select 'Import Foreign Disks', this should make the drive visible and accessible.
Was Disk 0 dynamic as well?

I'm glad this worked for you!
Well, there are two reasons for this issue to happen.
1. If the dynamic drive was transferred from another operating system computer, then it would be seen as foreign by your system.
2. Your case: When you have a dual boot configuration on your computer, it's highly probable that the two operating systems contradict with each other. This confuses the HDD and it doesn't really know which system it belongs to.
Anyways, so once you import the foreign dynamic drive, all the data should be accessible!
