I recently purchased some new ram for my system http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233246, I checked my motherboards manual before ordering to see if it was compatible ( I have a z87-A Motherboard) and that model was on there and supported, I put it in and I had no video output my monitors wouldn't turn on nothing!, I put my old ram back in and everything worked fine, any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Installed new ram and no video output.

Try booting to BIOS with old DRAM - set DRAM to auto, save, exit, shutdown, pull the DRAM and install the new and give it a try
