I am assuming that you already have a pc and want more performance. You will have to reuse your hard drive, keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
The build Rafy (second one) submitted is not good because it uses more power, has less ram, and minecraft is not optimized to use the bulldozer architecture of the cpu. also, both builds waste too much money on graphics. Minecraft uses mainly the cpu, not the gpu. In case you do use shaders and stuff you should be fine with a gtx 960, just saying. This build has the best cpu, therefore it will preform the best, even with a worse graphics card. The first build is the best overall, but strictly for minecraft, this one is better.
