Low cpu usage while gaming?

Hello,
My CPU usage is a little low, 79% - 91% in Max Payne 3 game, but I get a good performance. Is it
okay?

i5 2500
HD 7950
8GB RAM
1680X1050

80's is not low CPU usage, and as you can see from your ss those where max usage most of time you are in 50% so you dont have to worry about anyting,you should only worry if your GPU usage is lower then CPU usage then you have bottleneck but other way around you are fine.Your CPU is still good for today games and old Max Payne 3 is mostly GPU intensive.
