Solution
Ok, only thing missing is the CPU Cooler. Two good options:
1) Raijintek Themis
2) CM Hyper 212 Evo

Other than that It's fine.

What GPU would you recommend then? I'm on a tight budget, and am stretching it with the build as is

Also, what about a case? The current one doesn't have USB 3.0 ports on the front panel, while the Motherboard that you're recommending has an on-board USB 3.0 header

I don't think that 20W will help

Don't think you get it. There is no 600w Seasonic vice versa. They are either x50 or x20 as in 550w, 650w, 520w, 620w etc.

PSU is not about wattage, It's about the quality. I've numbered 620 but that is actually irrelevant.

It's also, significantly more expensive, considering my budget

As I said, wattage is irrelevant. Build quality and performance is what counts. The 600B doesn't qualify for this part.

I'm gonna get a cheap fan, and get a much better one, a week later, i think. Thanks for your input!
P.S. I'm not planning on playing anything that will heat it up until that next week anyways
