Bear in mind that the AMD FX architecture claims "8 cores" but it really only has four modules. Anandtech did a deepdive on the architecture here if you're interested:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/4955/the-bulldozer-review-amd-fx8150-tested/2 -> that's on the older 8150, but the principle hasn't changed with more recent FX chips.
I've never seen any indication whatsoever of a game benefiting from more than 8GB RAM. I don't believe that personally. Also, RAM is the easiest upgrade you can make to your computer. Literally switch it off, insert new RAM, switch it back on again -> job done. No software/drivers/config whatsoever. So IMHO you're always better saving money on RAM because it's such an easy upgrade down the track.
An SSD + WD Blue is a far, far better solution that a WD Black. It may cost you a little more, but building a computer at your budget without an SSD is criminal IMHO. Makes the biggest difference to the responsiveness of your build by a mile. Boots, program loads, etc. SSD difference is night and day.
I think digitaldoc has given you good advice there.
