Hi,

I have a hp pavillion hpe h8-1020, and want to get this card?

You would need a new PSU just to run the card. The factory 300W PSU won't cut it.

It will fit in your motherboard, but you need to make sure the card can fit in your case.

If you do end up buying a new power supply 450w will give you plenty of room without stressing your power supply.
If the CPU and GTX 960 were working hard on making a game run power usage could climb almost as high as 400w.
