Arma 3 playable?

I want to know if these specs would be able to run Arma 3 on High/Ultra online with at least 35 fps.
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860k @3.7Ghz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280x 3gb Dual x
RAM: 8GB

Yes, but keep in mind FPS is often server dependant in Arma 3 meaning if the server has low FPS you will have low FPS as well regardless of your system
