Help! My Toshiba Satellite s955 running Windows 8 froze up while I was downloading photos from my phone. I did a hard shut down and now when I turn it back on it won't show anything but the mouse on a black screen and the volume if I press the button. I tried cntrl-alt-dlt but can't see it. Tried rebooting and pressing F8 repeatedly to get in safe mode but still the black screen.HELP!
