So I recently did a CPU mark score and Im scoring ~7500 when the average is around ~7800, why am I scoring lower? I am currently using integrated graphics, not sure if that affects anything. I also don't recall getting lower scores when I had a dedicated gpu although my cpu may have been overclocked when I ran it.

Not to familiar with passmark, but i do know that averages can be determined based off other system hardware if it is just a general score number, and or if its specifically a cpu score than it might not take into account overclocked cpus, or if other hardware was used in the test like ram etc. 300 doesnt seem like alot but if u want to be sure find an average scores for other benchmarks that are specifically cpu and see if the scores are still low.

and if your basing it off the passmark benchmark site then look at the 4690k, the non k and the s sku. scores all vary and the k and non k are at the same clocks yet the scores are different. Also it shows the amd fx 8150 and 8310 in between the three i5s i mentioned or better, which some...

My point is the Passmark benchmarks do not give a good representation of a cpu at least for competitive purposes as each test they take may or may not be overclocked or underclocked, but shows the stock clocks. I do think their benchmarks are good for quick comparisons and a rough idea than hey my cpu doesnt compete with the average here as is your problem as im guessing ur cpu is at stock clocks putting it near the non Overclockable 4690 non k where the 4690k has overclocked scores in the average
