looking for new GPU for my Desktop please help

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
Total Physical Memory 16.0 GB
Available Physical Memory 12.8 GB
Total Virtual Memory 31.9 GB
Available Virtual Memory 29.0 GB
AMD Radeon HD 7750 Graphics
Adapter RAM 1.00 GB

and i really want to upgrade my GPU ill have at max 300 to spend.. and could really use some help i really don't know what im doing

With that price point, you're definitely looking for a GTX 970.

Before suggesting anything, mention the full specs mate , including the PSU and the Motherboard. Also what will be your usage of GPU and if you're using it for playing games , what resolution would you be playing at?

Well , if you have a conventional CPU ,open the side panel. Look for some numbers and make on the Mobo and PSU.
