OK so this is what happened my computer was feeling slow and bogged down so I looked up a video on how to speed up your computer it had a lot of views and likes so I decided to go through with it so first I used ccleaner to delete some temporary files then I whent in to the temp folder and deleted everything in there the I used ccleaner to fix up some system folder it deleted a bunch of regedit files OK so then I whent to msconfig and whent to boot advanced section the guy suggest to use all your cores on on boot also to do the same with the ram so I put it on max OK then I decided to defrag my hard drive so I did that after it was done I defraged it again just to make sure and I was feeling so confident that it would be fast as hell I restarted my pc and blam blue screen of death and every time I turn it on it would go to the Windows 7 part where it shows the logo it'll finishing doing its little animation then it will blue screen of death me is there a possible fix please anything helps

Can you access safe mode? If you cannot access any form of your windows OS then you might have ruined part of the registry, and you might need to re-install windows, or do a repair install. Either one will work, but unless you can move or access your information then you might need to wipe your drive.

Judging from the very first time your PC is slowing down, even before the BSOD problem, may i ask whether you regularly clean your PC or not. Since collected dust will slow your PC down, down to 30% of your usual speed at the worst case scenario. Just saying.

Is your OS saved to your HDD with your personal storage on it? If not then you can take out your HDD with your personal storage and save it on another computer. By doing a re-install you can choose the option that is something along the lines of "update my older operating system with this version" and that option will allow you to save some personal data, probably not programs, but I'm confident most of your personal data will transfer.

Can you select system recovery when booting the computer? Do you get that far? If not, I think the only option is to clean install new windows. You will need another HDD/SSD if you wish to spare your files. Or you can remove the drive, hook it up to another PC and try to copy the files from there.

Edit: forgot about the repair install. When you put the Win7 disc in and it asks how you wish to install the windows. You could try the repair install.
