Hello!! Everyone

Please suggest me on which one to pick among the two i.e.,

Windows 8.1 64Bit OEM or Windows 8.1 64Bit Full Pack

My only purpose is for Gaming and Movies.

Below is my PC Configuration for reference.

Intel i7 4790K
ASUS Z97 Pro WiFi AC
Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM
Cooler Master HAF 912 Cabinet
Corsair RM 1000 Full Modular SMPS
Corsair H100i Water Cooler
APC 1KVA UPS
DELL S2240 LED Monitor
Cooler Master Devastator Keyboard and Mouse
LG DVD Writer

Also, below is the list of Games which I would like to play

HitMan Absolution
Assassin's Creed III, IV, Brother Hood, Unity
Crysis 3
Farcry 4
Bioshock Infinity
GTA v
Tomb Raider
Watch Dogs
Maxpayne 4
The Division

That was true of win 7 . It is not true of windows 8 which installs under a "home user license"
You are allowed multiple installs of Win 8 "oem " on different hardware , though only one at a time .
There is no oem or retail option .

Nope!! It's Windows 8.1 Basic Version but a Full Version

and Windows 8.1 Basic Version OEM

Suggest me in these both as I am not going for Pro version.

OEM version means that its used only once on one motherboard so if you decide to change motherboards in the future you will have to re buy windows but buying the full pack gives you the option to transfer it to other pcs, keep in mind it can only be on one pc at a time.

Does both work the same, I mean the performance of both OEM and Full version are the same?

Yes their the same. I recently upgraded my motherboard and had to buy a new windows disc because it was OEM which is intergrated with the motherboard meaning that if the motherboard goes, windows goes with it. So i bought the full windows 8.1 retail version and i havent seen any performance issues on either. You will be fine with either choice.

This is NOT correct. Microsoft changed the license terms for windows 8. OEM licenses can now be moved.

The biggest difference between OEM and full retail now is that microsoft includes free phone support with the retail package. With the OEM package, your on your own with self help. Also, the OEM key cannot be used to "upgrade" and existing install. Retail can be used for both Clean installs and upgrading and existing install,
