can my gigabyte g41m combo be upgraded to 64bit windows 8.1

Currently I have this motherboard gigabyte G41M-COMBO with windows XP 32bit version and Intel dual core processer with 2GB DDR3 Kingston kvr1333 ram.
I want to upgrade the entire system to 64 bit Windows 8.1
Will the mother board support 64 bit Windows8.1?
What is the total memory this motherboard supports?
I want to add more 4GB of DDR3 ram so that I can have a total of 6 GB of ram . Is this possible with this motherboard?

I don`t know surely that windows 8.1 support gigabyte ga g41m combo or not.But i can say that it supports up to 8 GB of memory.
And for more information type in your browser "GIGABYTE GA-G41M-COMBO specs".

Obviously. You can run Windows 8.1 64 bit, I'm use Windows 10 64 bit. Motherboard supports maximum 8GB DDR2/DDR3
RAM . But you can't use DDR2 & DDR3 RAM at the same time.
