I need help on building a PC that can run games on 1080p such as Watch Dogs, Battlefield 4, Assassin's Creed: Unity, and GTA V. I live here in the Philippines and prices are higher here compared to the US. $1 = PHP45. I prefer an intel i3 processor over an amd processor. My standard preference for ram is 8GB and I'm not going over that. Other than those, you could change my build. Please do give me choices if ever you guys have other choices on the parts. You could only refer to the parts in this website: http://dynaquestpc.com/ . I won't be able to buy parts outside the country to avoid fussing. Thanks!

Computer Build:
Processor: Intel i3-4160 PHP 5 200
Motherboard: MSI B85M-G43 PHP 4 300
Graphic Card: Zotac Geforce GTX 750 Ti PHP 6 500
Memory: GSkill Ripjaws (1X8) 8GB RAM PHP 3 350
HDD: Western Digital 1TB PHP 2 600
Power Supply: Corsair VS450 PHP 1 600
OS: Windows 7 Home Basic PHP 2 000
Chassis: Cougar MX300 PHP 2 350

Solution
Win 7 home basic, I believe is 32 bit only. Step up to Home premium 64bit. Basic will only be able to read 4gb total memory. Don't care for that PSU either. Evga, Antec, XFX, or Seasonic.
