Hi, I have just bought an MSI Radeon R9 290X Gaming Edition 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card. I can overclock it using afterburer and get good frame rates for Diablo III and BF4. However at not even full tilt the fans are very noisy. I am thinking I should water cool it and add it to my existing loop. Does anyone know of a full cover water block that will fit this card. Initially I thought any reference design water block would do but I think MSI might have jiggled around with the RAM chip placement on the card.

I think that is a non-reference PCB. You are probably going to have a hard time getting a waterblock. Here is a discussion on it that might help....
