I have a keyboard, headset, monitor and mouse and I will be getting 8.1 Pro for $45 if you want to include that in the budget. Moderately interested in overclocking, will be doing some streaming, rendering and for the most part, gaming. I do not really want to SLI 970's or cross fire 290x's, prefer a single, powerful gpu. Thanks ahead for the help.

I7 4790k - $340
Gtx 980 (recommend evga acx 2.0) $540
32gb ram (8x4) vengeance ram at 1600 - $283
850w psu - $100
Asus Maximus VI hero ddr3 - $185
Hyper x 120gb SSD - $78

If you bundle some of them on a website like new egg or amazon they should come out really cheap. Sorry for not sending links, using iPhone right now haha.

Depending on what resolution your monitor is and what you render, you could do a 970 and save $200 bucks
