Is Passive cooling is better than fan cooling.

I want to buy a gpu for adobe cs3 and for lite gaming, so I found GeForce 210. I'm confuse weather a passive cooling GeForce 210 is good or fan cooling GeForce 210. Also please suggest which company's GeForce 210 is best.

Thanx in advance.

It's only a 31W card. How can it overheat? Yes, if you don't have good case airflow, then maybe, but by itself, the card has no overheating issues.

Also, if you're going to go with the 210, you could go with the 610 as well. It's slightly faster than the 210, but is mostly sold with 2GB of VRAM. Get the 1GB variant, the 610 is not nearly fast enough to utilize 2GB of RAM

Of course, this is all assuming you have no use for a faster card. If you game at all, better spend a little more and go for a GTX750Ti or better.
The fans on modern low power graphics cards are quiet enough.
The GT210 is a bit old and is not even as strong as integrated graphics.
It only has 16 CUDA cores which is perhaps what you are looking for to help adobe.

I might suggest getting a proper card, particularly if you are interested in light gaming.

The GTX750 is a modern Maxwell card with 512 cuda cores. The larger fan is virtually silent.

I used one in my grandson's pc.

A lower priced option might be a GT740 with 384 cores:

As to brands, I like EVGA for their user forum and USA based support.

I heard that in passive cooling overheating is major problem. Also I read the reviews of asus en210, people says overheating is major problem

I ran an HD 5450 with a passive cooler for a year, it worked great. The card on the other hand, which is comparable to a 210, is utterly horrible. Get at least a GTX750, which can also be passively cooled, but I'd go with a fanned one personally. More overclocking and still very little noise.

I have a case with zero fan mounts. There is basically no airflow, other than what the PSU sucks out from the top of the case. The passively cooled HD 5450 still worked fine, and I could overclock it a decent amount.

Still, I would opt for a fan cooled 750Ti or even an R7 260X if they're in your budget and your power supply can handle it.
