i7 2600k stock turbo clock?

After trying some overclocking on my i7 2600k i decided to store it back to default. I restored it to default. And wanted to do a stress test on my default clock settin . With cpu-z i van see my clock speed ramps up to 43x under full load. I thought the standard turbo ratio was 38x? How is this possible?

Yes, after that, it begins to reboot and shuts down automatically 4 to 5 tims, then it boots with the overclocked settings again. Now I set everything to auto and it seems to work well
