My rig:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DVbZP6
Core i5-4690k @ 3.5 GHZ
EVGA SC GTX 760
Asus z97-a mobo
adata 2x4gib ram
EVGA SuperNOVA 750W PSU
1tb Segate Barracuda
128 gb kingston ssd

Anyways, my computer is not bad at all. But now I am getting 10fps on Battlefield 4. One night I was playing BF4 at 120 fps, then when I was done, I shut it down like usual. When I went to go boot it up the next day, it would not boot properly. I had to go into Boot devices and double click on my ssd to get it to boot. (My OS is on my HDD, not my SSD, But when I double clicked on my hdd, it didnt do anything.) I somehow got that problem figured out, as it boots up regularly now, but I am getting horrible frames in video games now. It was playing Battlefield Play 4 free fine, but then I moved on to Battlefield 1941 and I noticed that my frames were in the 20s at 800x600 resolution. I thought the game was bugged and just forgot about it. But then When I went to play BF4, I noticed that my frames were still in the 20s. So I got in the test range to see if I could fix it but I couldnt. I asked some guys in my clan and they said to look at the temperature and drivers. My temperatures were fine on both my cpu and gpu, and I downloaded the newest driver. The weird thing was that my gpu was at 100% usage when I was playing, while my cpu was maxing at 60%. I restarted just because, and when I got back into BF4, I was getting 10fps. So I shut it down again and I sprayed all the dust out of my machine, but now Im stuck. Please help, because I have no clue at all what is happening. Ask if you have any questions, and I will answer willingly. Thanks in advance,

Sounds like the system has picked up something nasty, try running malware and virus sweeps, if the symptoms persist after that, check Task Manager and see if there's anything there you don't recognise or something that's using a lot of CPU time or RAM.

My old score for firestrike is Overall:5827 Graphics:6554 Physics:8580 Combined:2520
I will rerun the test as soon as I gert the chance and edit this.
Ok. My current benchmark on Firestrike. http://www.3dmark.com/fs/4272195 Overall Score: 2475 Graphics Score 2254
Physics Score 8130
Combined Score 1894
So it is less then half of what it used to be.
My cpu temp maxed at 50 degrees, and my gpu at 76

CPU temps look fine and GPU does also. I got the same card as yours and it stays at around 70c but 76c shouldn't be a problem in that this card can max at around 90c. Can you tell me what your GPU clock speeds are, core and memory.

I just tried reinstalling some video drivers that I know work, but I have yet to know if they work. I am going to do a full scan tonight and defragment my harddrive. My core clock stays at 135mhz while idle, and rises to bout 1.1 ghz. The memory cloack is at 324mhz idle and a bit more than 1 ghz while under load.

Yeah. That could do it. I have no experience with malware like that, so I cannot know for sure, but I would scan with Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Microsoft Security Essentials is free, and also very effective for the most part: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download

Also, can you post Print Screens of your Bios settings?

I'd give power management settings a check in nvidia control panel under global settings. Change it to max performance and also do the same with Windows power settings. Doesn't seem like your undervolting but Its worth a shot. My next suggestion if this don't work is to reinstall Windows on your SSD because Windows can cause a lot of issues. It did with my GPU. (GTX 970)

I just ran a full scan on Microsoft Essentials and nothing came up.
Here are the picture of bios. Let me know if you need more. http://imgur.com/6yh6sDx http://imgur.com/dwwFgdv http://imgur.com/eGP71pZ http://imgur.com/IPN82os

Everything looks perfect to me. If its not Malware and defragging you HDD/SSD didn't work and switching drivers around didn't work, then my explanation would be Windows. Reinstall it, I know its a pain but it just seems funny that as soon as you pick another drive for Windows to boot from, this happens.

I don't get how an HDD could cause performance problems like that. Doesn't seem very likely if it is a decent drive. Seagate Barracudas are good HDDs. I personally have had one fail on me pretty quickly, but with 7200 RPM and a good amount of cache, stutter related to it in games should never be a problem. If it was, you could probably see it elsewhere as well.

Your score is coming up with an odd error. This is what it says on Futuremarks page:
Time measuring inaccurate

This message indicates funny business with the system clock during benchmark run. In most cases, this means that, no, you cannot cheat in 3DMark by adjusting Windows timers during the benchmark run or otherwise tampering with the measurements done by the benchmark. If this message persists and you have not done anything out of the ordinary, it may indicate a hardware issue with the real time clock in your system or the presence of a background program that somehow twists the time-space continuum of your operating system in such a way that this anti-cheat detection is tripped.

That's pretty odd. Never heard of that before. Does Firestrike "timeout" or not record the full benchmark? I suspect that *could* be why the score is as low as it is.

I also see that 3dmark is reporting that your Ram is running at 600 mhz. That probably isn't doing you any favours. I would change it to 1600 mhz.

That benchmark was actually my 3rd try. First I accidentally alt+tab'd out, then a windows message interupted it. The ones that were interupted had a score of 0 and did not complete.

I did not even realize that my ram was running at that clock. I will try to put it back to 1600.

When I built my computer I only had an hdd, not a ssd. I only just recently got my ssd for BF4, and I don't want to mess with windows
