I'd like to do a clean Win8/8.1 install on my Gateway SX2370 currently Win 7 (SP-1) Home Premium 64-bit machine with 6GB RAM, new a year or so ago, IIRC.
It's a deceased relative's, and in the past he was pretty bad about letting earlier PCs get infected, thus my desire for a clean install. For this reason I think I want to avoid an upgrade.
Amazon lists many versions. My needs are small, since most of my work I do on a Mac, so - what version of Win8 do I need? MS Windows 8.1 Full Version? Something else?
