Power surge on usb port

my 2 front port suddenly stops working when this shows up + the 6 usb in the back wont work
my specs
mb: asrock b75 dgs2.0
cpu: i3 3220
psu: seasonic 620 bronze
gpu hd 7770
please i really want to play fifa with my friends and i cant because of the usb port problem

I had a similar problem in my AsRock motherboard. In my case, it was because I connected too many USB 2.0 headers, and the motherboard does not support that many USB 2.0 ports. Maybe try removing some headers; you might lose the front case ports, but at least the back ones should work.

i tried to remove the front but they still are not working :( also the thing is sometimes 1 one of port on the front wont work until i reinstall the intel extensible controller
