So, I have little to no experience hand-building PC's and I'm looking to break into streaming. My current rig is a standard 4790k/GTX 980/16GB RAM build that I'm selling off to go all in on this setup. I want it to be painless, assembled at my doorstep ready to use out of the box. My current setup has issues maintaining stable FPS while gaming and streaming at the same time as it's an SFF rig and heat is an issue. Rather than risk destroying parts in the process and voiding my warranty from CPP modding parts- I'm building anew.

My most common played games are: APB Reloaded, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor, Path of Exile, Smite, Marvel Heroes 2015

I've had CyberPower PC's before and I know what to expect and to avoid with them as my current build is one. I know pre-built is more expensive, but I'll pay more for the convenience.

Now, the case I want to use is: http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/149-h440-razer-edition-mid-tower.html as it caught my eye with the lighting kit pre-installed and fits my overall "streaming base" pretty nicely.

My question is, will this setup run effectively as-is, are there any adjustments I can make? Will everything fit into this case (stock fans for now)? I realize APB and MH2015 are very CPU intensive games, which is why I picked some of the things I did. I realize 32GB of RAM is a bit overkill but after streaming on my current setup with 16GB RAM I found the frame hitching and hiccups were sort of abundant in Diablo 3. Price is not really a factor, but I'm keeping it below $3k. I picked one of the best rated CPU coolers CPP had to offer, everything else is a mirror of my current setup aside from mobo/SLI and RAM.

The build in question:

Case: H440 Razer Edition
CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.0GHz (plan to OC it)
Mobo: GIGABYTE Z97X-SLI ATX w/ Intel GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 2 PCI, 1 x M.2, 1 x SATA Express, or 6x SATA 6Gb/s
GPU: 2xEVGA Superclocked ACX 2.0 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB GDDR5 (Dual Card SLI)
RAM: 32GB (8GBx4) DDR3/2133MHz (ADATA XPG V3)
PSU: 750 Watts - Corsair CSM Series CS750M 80 Plus Gold Certified Modular Ultra Quiet Power Supply (unsure how much wattage is needed, CPP says 630-630 is adequate, can cut this down to save)
CPU Cooling: : Corsair Hydro H110 280mm Liquid CPU Cooling System (2 stock fans)
OS Drive: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO Series
HDD 1: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
OS: Windows 8.1

Keep in mind I want to stream and game on the same PC, not have to run a capture card and have 2 PC's running. I have 2 1080p monitors I plan to have plugged in.

Precisely what I needed to know. That'll let me stream and game off the same machine with little to no interference, I take it?

Last note; the cooling for the CPU will be enough, yeah? I suppose with all the fans in the case airflow shouldn't be an issue either and the GPU's should remain cool? My current 980 never gets above 65c when going intense gaming sessions in the SFF case.
