This depends on what else you have on your system, but in general the answer is yes. Your CPU should consume under 100W most of the time, and these cards will consume under 200W most of the time, so power consumption should be around 300W even at full load. Antec is also a decent brand in general.
I'd also look at the XFX 550W if you're purchasing soon, though. It might be pricier than other options, but it is of excellent quality.
