They are almost the same computer. The cyber power PC has a slightly fast CPU and a big hard drive. Has 2 4gig sticks of ram. Where the Ibuypower has small hard drive, slower CPU and 1 stick of 8 gig ram( Which I would not recommend). I would go with the cyber power pc

I would build my own computer personally, as those both would get around 2fps on battlefield 4 ultra settings.

But if you have your heart set on one of those, then this one would be better:

It will run at good FPS even with many units in Starcraft Medium to High Settings?

Any other recommendations

I don't know which game you are about, but you have more than enough power to run 1 or 2 at high settings with many units. Star craft 1 requirements are ( Pentium III, GeForce 6200 LE, 64 MB RAM, DX 8, 128 MB HDD space) and star craft 2 requirements are ( Pentium Dual Core E2220 2.40GHz, GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB, 2 GB RAM, DX 9, 12 GB HDD space).
