Hello fellow geeks,
I apologize if I have repeated myself several times now I just want to get this clear out of my minds.
When I run Prime95 with the option "blend" etc after a short while my PC makes a wheezing sound but as soon I stop the Prime95 it instantly became silent.
Sometimes when I run Prime95 my PC freezes, I can see my screen but nothing moves and I have to restart the pc manually, when I run Prime95 with the first option above which says "little of ram test" in other words, my pc doesn't freeze when I run it for around 30min
Second question,
I overclocked Fx 6300 black edition from 3.5ghz to 4.5ghz with some options in bios disabled and its at vcore - 1.38, in Prime95 it didn't go over 60-61cores for like 30min. What is your thoughts about my current clock and voltages?
Do you guys think my ram is faulty which causes the freeze? i'm aware it can be different factors also but I will order a new PSU + new ram. I have not overclocked my RAM.
System specification:
Aftermarket cooler: Noctua Nh-D14
CPU: FX 6300 Black edition
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
PSU: Corsair CX 600W V2 80+
RAM: Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) CL9 1333Mhz VALUE SELECT (I have 6k total ram 3x sticks total)
Gpu: Nvidia Gtx 650 Ti 2gb gigabyte
Case: Fractal Design R5 Windowed
Parts I plan to buy:
PSU: Seasonic Platinum Fanless 520W 80+ Platinum
RAM: hyperx-savage-8gb-2x4gb-cl9-1866mhz-xmp
GPU: Will get it in the next month, haven't decided yet!
If you have any suggestions feel free to link and i'll consider buying it, btw, will these RAM fit with my CPU cooler? they do not look that big though, just to make sure.
About the PSU I mentioned that I plan to buy, you guys might think it's an overkill but I want it mainly for the quality and good lifespan.
Is that PSU strong enough to run SLI and overclocked cpu and with many other compoments?
I'm upgrading slowly but I might move to Intel I5 and new mobo 1150 for gaming performance I made stupid choice with the AMD setup cause of my ignorance, my recent upgrade this year was the case, motherboard and cpu + aftermarket cooler and SSD.

The EVGA G2 750W is a great unit made by SuperFlower (if I remember correctly), which is a great manufacturer. It should suffice for most needs.
