Looking for a $1500-1800 budget gaming pc

Hello guys,
This is my first post in here so if i am doing something wrong im sorry for my ignorance.

Need some help to start building a gaming pc, note that i wont build it , i would have to order it from some websites so they build it for me, i already saw many websites but still didnt really get a good pc with the exact components that i need.

Plus that i have a question regarding monitors
Do u guys prefer 27 inch 144 hz for playing mainly csgo or the same monitor but 24 version? Whats the difference?
Also looking for a secondary 24 inch cheap monitor just to use it as a second one.

Gyx 980/ 970 would prefer an evga or asus versions.

i7 4970K or something like that cuz the games i play depends on my cpu heavily

I wouldn't touch those cheap Kingston SSDs with a 10 foot pole, especially on a rig with a $1700 budget or more. Do something like this:

And don't go Cyberpower either - they're a company known for serious quality control issues, and a reputation to stiff or go with cheap no name crap on critical components like RAM and power supplies. Build your own and you'll know exactly what goes into your system.
